Hoop heavy duty water
soluble stabilizer and stitch the design as an applique . When the
design is complete, dampen it, and rub the entire surface lightly,
but do not really remove the water soluble stabilizer. As it dries,
it will stiffen the angel so that it will stand up. A text file
with directions is in each zip file.
