IrfanView is an excellent freeware graphics program. It's creator, Irfan Skiljan, has very kindly given me permission to digitize and share his logo design. IrfanView is really handy for bitmaps and images. I recently registered my copy, and I encourage you register too. He only asks $10. It's worth a lot more.
