The design from which the form shown above is in the clip library on page 8. You can download it and try making these changes yourself.
If we select the form and change the fill phase, the clips are positioned much differently and no longer line up correctly. Phase cannot be a negative number, and large numbers don't have much noticeable effect. This number should usually be under 10.

Clipboard fills can be lined up so that each clip in the different lines of fill is in a slightly different position relative to the ones in the next lines. This is called clipboard phase.
