Here, we have right clicked on the red septagon and selected a stitch point in it's upper right. Notice the bluish mark on the red portion of the color ribbon which indicates that the stitch point is about three quarters of the way through the design, and about half way through the red stitches.

We can check the fourth text box and find the selected stitch point is number 30.
